What is the AleuCO cancellation policy?

We value your time and ours. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure that our skilled beauty professionals are fairly compensated for their reserved time, allowing us to maintain the high-quality service you expect and deserve.

Friday to Sunday Appointments: 

• 4 to 12 hours notice: Rescheduling or canceling will incur a $25 service charge.
• Less than 4 hours notice: Rescheduling or canceling will incur a full-service charge. 

Weekday Appointments (Monday to Thursday): 

• Less than 4 hours notice: Rescheduling or canceling will incur a full-service charge. 

Exclusively Hamptons: 

• Less than 24 hours notice: Rescheduling or canceling will incur a full-service charge.
